Cost effectiveness is always a major concern. We strive to advise, represent, negotiate, and litigate from a legal, economical, and practical perspective. Through our successful law and motion practice, we attempt to resolve each matter prior to the accrual of the costs and expenses associated with trial. Each case is viewed individually, based on its individual value and worth, to ensure that the legal services are in line with the value of the particular case.
Most matters are billed on a traditional hourly basis. In the case of recurring transactions for which a precedent exists, or for some of our sports clients, we will negotiate a fixed fee. Whatever billing method is used, our fees are ultimately based on value to the client and the knowledge that satisfaction will result in repeat business for the firm.
